Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping

• Orders under $30 are charged based on weight at checkout.
• Orders $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

All Pokémon products are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier.
