Refund policy
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The incorrect item was shipped.
- The item arrives damaged during transit.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box (if damaged)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item(s), and photos of the shipping box and packaging. Please retain all original packaging while we review your claim.
